The LDS9200 is a compact FM stereo transmitter that connects portable audio sources such as MP3 players and aftermarket satellite radios, to stereo equipment in the home or car, with no wires or line of sight required. Advanced radio techniques deliver broadcast quality FM utilizing an on-board fully programmable DSP. Worldwide FM band operation is supported: 87.5 to 108MHz for US and Europe and 76 to 90MHz for Japan. Pre-emphasis and transmit power level can be chosen per country-specific regulatory standards. The integrated digital architecture dramatically reduces parts count and BOM costs at the system level.
