Job Description:

• Technical management of an analog IC design team.
• Responsible for project execution and on-time delivery of high quality analog designs.

Qualifications:

• MS in Electrical Engineering from a respected institution.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years in developing analog IC designs through production.
• CMOS expertise is desired.
• Expertise in power and DMOS designs a strong plus.
• Expertise with oversampling theory also a plus.
• At least 3 years of Project Management (technical) from start to end is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team building and technical guidance for the team are required assets.
• Should have adopted and enforced strict engineering/design practices.
• An ability and track record in planning and executing projects on a committed schedule is extremely important.
