Job Description:

• Develop processes to enable production ready silicon for audio mixed-signal integrated circuits.
• Develop hardware for burn-in and test, generating test-patterns, evaluating yield, reliability data and product performance.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• Experience and ability to manage and solve overseas production test and packaging issues is a must.
• Ability to use basic lab instruments and experience with ATE equipment is also required.
• Preferred experience with analysis, reliability and test of mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with the basic production qual process – life-test, ESD, latch-up etc. along with IC characterization and release is also desirable.
• Excellent communication skills required with the ability to produce reports and presentation material.
