The LDS128P is a dual output LDO controller in one SOT-23 package. Designed to drive NMOS or NPN pass transistors, the LDS128P has two separate precision temperature compensated LDO controllers for setting two separate output voltages from 1.24V to 12V. Each drive pin is capable of 20mA of sink current to drive two separate pass transistors. |
